Your Profile

Your account details, preferences, AI usage, and the organizations and workspaces you belong to.

Open My profile from the account menu:

Section	What's there
Account	Your name, email, company and title
Preferences	AI features turns AI off for you everywhere; Product emails turns product updates and tips on or off (account emails, such as invites and billing, still arrive)
AI usage	What your AI use cost this week and this month, and your allowance
Your data	Download your data: a file with your profile, memberships, assistant chats and other personal data
Organizations and Workspaces	Everything you belong to, each with Leave (see Permissions & Roles)
Danger zone	Delete account
